Cleaning Technician I
A Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for clients while delivering consistent, high-quality service. This role goes beyond basic cleaning tasks and requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to excellence. Cleaning Technicians are expected to follow established procedures, meet productivity standards, and ensure all work is completed to company and client expectations.
In this position, you will work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned cleaning projects across a variety of environments, including commercial buildings, offices, residential properties, and post-construction sites. Success in this role requires reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings.
Cleaning Technicians serve as a direct representative of the company, and therefore must maintain professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused attitude at all times. This includes communicating effectively with supervisors and clients, identifying areas that require special attention, and taking initiative to ensure spaces are not only clean but well-presented.
